01 Do I need any coding knowledge?
No. Hosted plans are installed and branded by us. For the source licence we run a guided installation session and hand over a written setup document.
02 What do I actually receive with the source licence?
Every PHP, JavaScript, CSS and SVG file, the database schema, the installer and the template pack — nothing encoded, nothing phoning home. You can host it anywhere that runs PHP 8 and MySQL.
03 Can I use my own domain?
Yes on the Pro and Source plans. Starter runs on a jerskit.com subdomain; you can upgrade to Pro at any time and we move the domain over for you.
04 Which file formats do I get for production?
300 dpi PNG for quick proofs, layered SVG for vector cutting and sublimation, plus a PDF cut sheet listing every size, name and number in the order.
05 Can I add my own kit templates?
On the Source plan, yes — templates are plain layered SVG files with named colour zones, and the documentation walks through adding one. On hosted plans we can add custom templates as a paid service.
06 Does it work on cheap shared hosting?
Yes. There is no build step, no Node runtime and no background worker. PHP 8.0+, MySQL 5.7+ and 100 MB of disk is enough to get started.
07 How are updates handled?
Hosted plans are updated automatically at no cost. Source licences include 12 months of updates delivered as a patch archive with a changelog; after that you keep using your version or renew.
08 Can I see it before I buy?
Every template in the gallery has a live demo you can click through, and we are happy to run a 20-minute screen share of the admin panel with your own price list loaded.
